RaceSchool.com Podcast Sophie Slowick Interview

Sophie Slowik is a trackside support technician for HRC (Honda Racing Corporation). She’s enjoyed being around cars and racing since her early youth working alongside her grandfather on his race car and getting her start driving in karts. She’s since graduated to faster race cars on the track, yet also really enjoys the engineering and data analysis roles throughout motorsports. We met up with her at the 2026 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach press day where she filled us in on her story. With her passion for racing and working together with the team at HRC, the sky’s the limit for Sophie Slowik! Enjoy!

NOTE: This is the fifth of five, female-focused interviews during our “Women in Motorsports” series. You can visit www.raceschool.com/podcast/ for previous interviews from this month or years past. Fascinating, smart, and successful females who perform various roles in auto racing, from drivers to team owners, hospitality to engineering, and much, much more.
