Sonoma Raceway is one of the circuits FastLane can run a private program at on request. It is not a FastLane base of operation. Our home track is Buttonwillow Raceway Park , where most days run.

Sonoma Raceway is a road course and dragstrip located at 29355 Arnold Drive in Sonoma, California, set in the rolling hills of the Sonoma Mountains north of San Francisco. The full Grand Prix layout runs 2.52 miles with 12 turns, climbing and falling sharply across roughly 160 feet of elevation change. That dramatic terrain, combined with blind crests and the technical complex known as the Carousel, makes Sonoma one of the most demanding natural-terrain circuits in North America.

The track opened in 1969 and has carried several names over the decades, including Sears Point Raceway and Infineon Raceway, before reverting to Sonoma Raceway. Owned by Speedway Motorsports since the late 1990s, it has been a fixture on the American motorsport calendar for more than 50 years and holds an FIA Grade 2 rating.

Sonoma hosts a deep slate of professional racing, headlined by the NASCAR Cup Series Toyota/Save Mart 350 and the NHRA Sonoma Nationals, along with GT World Challenge America, the Trans-Am Series, Ferrari Challenge North America, and historic IndyCar Grand Prix events. For drivers, Sonoma is a true test of car control: its elevation, off-camber corners, and rhythm-dependent sequences reward precise braking, commitment, and patience, which is exactly why it is a prized venue for performance driving and racing instruction.
