Brands Hatch

Brands Hatch is a motor racing circuit set in the rolling countryside of West Kingsdown, Kent, about 20 miles southeast of central London. Originally a grasstrack motorcycle course on farmland, it grew into one of Britain's most famous permanent racing venues and is today owned and operated by Jonathan Palmer's MotorSport Vision organisation. The site offers two configurations: the short 1.2-mile Indy Circuit and the full 2.433-mile Grand Prix Circuit with 9 turns.

The track is celebrated for its natural amphitheater setting and dramatic elevation changes, which let spectators see much of the action from a single vantage point. Iconic corners such as the plunging Paddock Hill Bend, the climb to Druids hairpin, and the fast sweep through Hawthorn and Sheene give the layout a flowing, demanding rhythm that rewards commitment and precise car placement. Opened in 1950, Brands Hatch hosted 12 runnings of the British Grand Prix between 1964 and 1986.
