Greg Pene

Greg Pene is a professional driving coach at FastLane and the founder of GP Performance Driving, based in Upland, California. A former formula car racer turned professional stunt and precision driver, Greg has built his career around car control at the highest level, both on the track and on camera.

Through GP Performance Driving he works as a stunt coordinator and performance driver for productions across the Los Angeles area. He has also spent years as a lead driving instructor, including teaching teen safe-driving programs, where he shares hard-won lessons about keeping a car under control in any situation. Greg is additionally affiliated with Advanced Driving Dynamics.

That blend of racing experience, on-camera precision, and a genuine passion for teaching is what Greg brings to FastLane. In private one-on-one coaching at Buttonwillow Raceway Park, he meets each driver where they are and builds real, transferable skill, whether the goal is confidence, outright speed, or a competition license.
